The job, broken down

Together AI wants a senior recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for GTM and Business roles, working directly with executives. You'll build hiring strategies and interview processes from scratch while managing candidates through offer close.

What you'd actually do

Run full-cycle recruiting for GTM and Business roles from intake to offer close
Partner with executives to define candidate profiles and hiring strategies
Manage candidate experience once sourcers hand off candidates
Track funnel metrics and market intelligence to inform hiring decisions
Work with sourcers, coordinators, and other recruiters to keep the process consistent
Design new interview processes for functions that may not have them yet

Must-haves

5+ years of business or GTM recruiting experience in high-growth tech companies
Track record of full-cycle recruiting, not just sourcing or coordination
Experience partnering directly with executive-level hiring managers
Comfort building interview processes and hiring strategy from zero
Ability to work in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment

Read before you apply

"Do more with less" and "scrappy" language suggests thin recruiting ops support
You're expected to both build process from scratch and execute full-cycle recruiting solo, which is a heavy workload for one hire

Steps to get this job

1Lead your resume with specific GTM or Business roles you've closed at high-growth tech companies (sales, marketing, ops, finance titles), not generic 'full-cycle recruiter' framing
2Have a concrete example ready of an interview process you built from scratch, including how you got exec buy-in
3Mirror the phrase 'strategic thought partner' in your outreach or cover note, and describe a time you influenced a VP or C-level hiring decision with data
4Prepare 1-2 funnel or market intelligence metrics you've reported before, since this posting calls that out as a core responsibility
