Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for nightly site visits

Experience workloading or labor-planning for new janitorial accounts
Comfort operating floor machines like auto scrubbers
Basic handyman skills, such as mounting wall dispensers
Experience supervising custodial, EVS, or cleaning teams
