You like having clear systems to follow, but you can also make decisions when problems arise in the field. You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and are comfortable holding both yourself and others accountable.
You notice details others miss. You follow through on commitments. And you understand that managing a project means managing both the work and the homeowner’s experience.

- Are comfortable managing budgets, collections, documentation, and quality control.
- Can make sound decisions when plans change or problems arise.
- Use technology comfortably, including CRMs, photos, mobile apps, email, and text.
- Take ownership instead of waiting for someone else to solve the problem.
- Want your performance to be measured by results.
This Role Is NOT for You If You…
- Avoid difficult conversations with crews or homeowners.
- Struggle with details, paperwork, CRM notes, or documentation.
- Wait until problems become urgent before communicating.
- Need constant direction to keep projects moving.
- Are uncomfortable discussing money or collecting payment.
- Prefer to stay in the office rather than regularly visiting active job sites.
- Blame Sales, crews, customers, or the office when something goes wrong.
