Production Technician

A leading Berea-area manufacturing firm is seeking a motivated and dependable Production Technician to join a modern, high-quality manufacturing environment. This is an 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM position with a 1-hour lunch break, no required overtime, and a strong focus on training and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and inspect manufactured components and products
• Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards
• Operate basic production equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product accuracy and consistency
• Document production activity and maintain accurate records
• Support continuous flow of production in a team environment
• Identify and communicate any defects or production issues
