Recruiter

Blue Line Search Group is hiring a Recruiter to run full-desk searches for our client companies — fully remote, US-based.

What You'll Do

• Own searches end to end: intake with the client, sourcing, screening, submittal, offer support
• Work our AI-powered platform daily — ranked candidate libraries, automated screening scheduling, and outreach tooling do the busywork so you spend your time talking to people
• Build lasting relationships with candidates in your vertical and keep them warm for future roles
• Partner with account owners on search strategy and market feedback

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
• Strong phone and video presence — you enjoy talking to candidates
• Comfortable learning new software quickly; you'll be an early power user of tools most recruiters don't have yet
• Self-managed and metrics-aware in a remote environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000–$70,000 base depending on experience, plus uncapped placement commission
• Fully remote (United States), flexible hours around core meetings
