About This Role
Blue Line Search Group is hiring a Talent Sourcer to build candidate pipelines for active searches — fully remote, US-based.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates for open client searches using our AI-assisted platform (ranked candidate libraries, enriched contact data — no manual list-building grind)
- Run first-touch outreach and qualify interest before handing warm candidates to recruiters
- Maintain pipeline hygiene: statuses current, notes clean, no candidate left in limbo
- Feed market intel back to recruiters (what's pulling responses, where the talent actually is)
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of sourcing, recruiting, or high-volume outreach experience — or a sharp entry-level candidate who can show us hustle
- Strong written communication; your messages get replies
- Organized and consistent — sourcing is a rhythm business
- Curious about AI tooling; you'll use more of it here than anywhere
Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000–$58,000 depending on experience, plus pipeline bonuses on placements you sourced
- Fully remote (United States)
- Clear promotion path: Sourcer → Recruiter → Senior Recruiter
